Auditing, Reports, & Financial Reconciliation

One of the main services we provide is creating and submitting annual compilation reports on your behalf. Upon receipt of a data filing, our analysts review the contents of the records based on reporting requirements reflected in our statistical plans to ensure the data is accurate. The initial audit includes Transmittal Balancing, Field Editing, and Historical Comparison. We work with you to explain the data issues and corrective measures needed to ensure your data is accurate during this auditing process.

Another service we provide is Financial Reconciliation. Our system will summarize the statistical data you report to confirm it balances with what was reported on the Exhibit of Premiums and Losses (Page 14) on your Annual Statement. Once the data is accepted, we work to aggregate all data received by various companies into a state report that gets sent to state regulators on your behalf.

Fast Track Plus™

We offer Fast Track Plus™, a data product that can be used for benchmarking or to supplement rating information. It allows for the monitoring of emerging Private Passenger Auto and Homeowners claims experience and represents the consolidated experience of a significant sample of the industry. Fast Track Plus™ is released quarterly, about 120 days after the end of a quarter.

No Cost Extras

We’ll submit various state reports on your behalf, such as the Illinois Cost Containment report, at no extra cost to you. We see no reason to charge extra to provide reports that we already have the necessary data for.

Data Validation

We offer you two ways to check your statistical data before final submission—our testing service, which can provide feedback in just a few days, or our testing software, which can be downloaded and used on your own systems.

Webinars & Workshops

We host informative webinars throughout the year. There are different webinars for each ISS application and product to display the functionality of using these tools for statistical reporting with us. Most topics will have multiple sessions available—our way of working around your busy schedule.

We also host an informative workshop in the spring and fall of every year to teach new subscribers about and refresh the more experienced subscribers on the reporting process. Throughout the workshop, we cover a number of topics related to statistical reporting and offer data reporting assistance. We take the time to explain some reporting requirements, give reporting tips, and show the tools we provide to make reporting easier.

Submission Tools

We provide a variety of tools to help you prepare statistical filings! Among them are our Submission Status and Submission Totals applications. These provide a streamlined view to help you monitor due dates and filing status for each of your affiliated lines and states. You can also see summaries of your submitted money totals for valid and invalid records, along with the status of your submissions.

Acknowledgment

Making us aware of any changes in your business is as easy as submitting your desired state and line affiliations at the start of each year. Any changes made outside the Acknowledgment period can be done by contacting us.

Conversion Tables

We’ve put in the effort to make your lives easier. Our conversion tables are available to all subscribers as downloadable Excel spreadsheets to make coding various fields more clear and simple.
